Constance Hauman, (keys and vox) and Ross Pederson (drums) collaborate again, this time on a 10 track album reminiscent of Bob James, Fourplay, the late Joe Sample with hints of Radiohead, Massive Attack and their own unique cool sound that highlights Hauman’s skill as a songwriter and songstress both with and without lyrics.
After a difficult 2020 came the time to wash it all away with taking steps ahead in Hauman’s passionate and mystical Tropical Thunderstorm which was unleashed upon the world on March 5, 2021. Since that time, the impact has been swift and decisive with glowing reviews leading to Hauman being personally picked by the legendary George Clinton as a contemporary inspiration and a feature on NPR.
